Cat Maps is officially live. I am so happy to bring Cat Maps into the animal rescue world. This is something I have wanted to put into action since I was writing my thesis back in 2018. Please check back for more updates, exciting projects, cat info, and more!

Cat Maps is very excited to have a first client! Working with Cats In Action, nfp to digitize their TNR data is turning my dream into a reality. I am really looking forward to creating something that Chicago doesn't have in the rescue scene, and that is GIS. By utilizing GIS to better understand the needs of animal rescue groups in Chicago, ultimately the animals will prosper. My hope and aspiration for Cat Maps is to create a dynamic spatial database for animal rescue groups across Chicagoland and possibly beyond. Who knows, the map is the limit!
